LOGLINE:
Two ruthless outcast criminals, Orlick and Noah Catchpole meet to forge a plot to entrap Pip, Miss Havisham’s young protégé , but can Pip and his friends outwit them in time.

Synopsis - Young Orlick accomplishes his first murder some five years before the main action of our story, when he murders the sister of the person he envies the most, a young man called Pip, who has gone on from his humble beginnings to become a young gentleman. Two years after this first murder a similar relationship unfolds nearby between Noah Catchpole and a reflection of his own jealousy embedded in Oliver Twist, an orphan, who over time will too and skilfully remove himself from Noah’s clutches. Three years later on, we meet both villains and an associate of the infamous Fagin, Toby Crackin, an arch burglar. They have congregated to launch a dastardly plan for Orlick to have his revenge on Pip. Toby agrees to steal a letterhead from Oliver’s guardian who is a distant relative of a Miss Havisham, known to both Orlick and Pip. Orlick will use the attendant letter sent ostensibly by Miss Havisham. to entrap Pip into a midnight assignation with himself, without revealing his identity. A trusting Pip agrees to this meeting and goes alone onto the marshes to a deserted old and unused quarry and is attacked by Orlick, tied up and psychologically tortured, something that quickly escalates to an attempt at life threatening violence against Pip. Orlick is stopped just in time by Herbert Pocket, Pip’s friend, and Miss Havisham’s nephew, who has followed Pip to Kent and found a note sent to Pip and dropped by him, about the assignation and where it is to take place.
